Thalia

The LinkedIn rewrite, inside the studio

In the myth she is the one who stayed behind and had to explain what happened to people who were not there.

Recruiters cannot find you, and the ones who do cannot tell what you did.

Your resume is read by somebody holding a job description. LinkedIn is read by somebody holding nothing, on a phone, deciding in four seconds. Every internal word you have been carrying stops working there, and Thalia is the one who notices which ones.

She speaks when You use a word that only means something inside your last company. Atlas. P0. The pod.

A stranger reads

Owned the P0 workstream through H2.

P0 is your company grading, not theirs. Nothing here says what was at stake.

You said a regulator could fine you per day. That is the version that travels.

Your words. She only moved where they sat.

She never writes the sentence. She shows you the hole a stranger falls into.

  1. 01

Reads it as somebody who has never met you

Two columns: what you wrote, and what a stranger actually understands from it. Nothing is marked as an error, because the left column is not wrong. It is addressed to people who already know.

  2. 02

Hands the fix back in your own words

She cannot know what Atlas was. You told the studio it was a two year old billing system, so that is the word she offers, and you decide.

  3. 03

    Fixes it everywhere at once

Any correction here offers to apply to the same phrase on your resume. One edit, everywhere it appears.

The profile comes out as blocks you copy, one at a time. No account connection and nothing posts on your behalf, because the fear here is publishing something in your own name that does not sound like you.

She is one of five in the same room.

There is one entrance and no order. You never choose between them, and none of them has a price of its own.
